Senior Quality Engineer
**Quality Engineer – Aerospace Manufacturing** We are working with a reputable aerospace manufacturing company near the Long Beach area that is seeking a **Quality Engineer** to support their ongoing quality improvement initiatives. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in quality systems, looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, regulated environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s quality system + Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure product and process compliance with customer, internal, and regulatory requirements + Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes + Participate in internal and external audits + Create and maintain inspection documentation, test plans, and quality procedures + Analyze quality data and report findings to management for process improvement + Support supplier quality efforts and conduct evaluations as needed + Provide training and guidance on quality standards and practices **Requirements:** + **Bachelor’s degree required** (Engineering or related field) + **3–5 years of experience** in quality engineering or a related role + **Aerospace industry experience preferred** + Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, and FAA requirements + Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, SPC, and 8D + Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills + Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality data analysis tools If you are a results-driven leader ready to step into a dynamic and growth-oriented environment, we encourage you to apply.
