This position involves two key responsibilities:
1. Supporting Quality Management System (QMS) maintenance and improvement by collaborating with process owners throughout CNRAC organization.
2. Managing and improving supplier/subcontractor quality on assigned projects and routine tasks.
Job Responsibilities Drive process improvements with internal process owners and ensure the continuous improvement of QMS practices. Facilitate management reviews. Organize QMS internal audits and coordinate external audit in ISO9001/IATF 16949. QMS document control and regular review according to DCS QMS requirement. Provide QMS training and consult for employees. Prepare quality-related campaigns initiated by local and global. File the related product certificate, to coordinate document preparation and regular sample inspection. Identify the risk and close finding to ensure readiness for project milestones till product launch. Approve supplier PPAP, ensuring accuracy and completeness of required documentation and testing. Lead and resolve supplier quality issues systematically with quality tools to ensure raw material meet specification consistently. Background & Skills •Bachelor's degree in Engineering. •At least 3-5 years working experience in ISO9001/IAFT16949, internal auditor certificate is preferrable. •At least 2-3 years working experience on supplier/subcontractor quality management. •Be familiar with 8D, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Working experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. •Fluent English in reading, verbal and written. •Good computer skill, such as PowerPoint, Excel, etc •Self motivated, work independently, quick response, good interpersonal and communication skill.
