Click here (https://www.eba-d.com/) to learn more. Job Description EBAD seeks a talented engineer for the position of Senior Quality Engineer, reporting to the Quality Engineering Lead. Responsibilities: + Supports the assigned areas and Quality Engineering Lead with activities to achieve SQDC, NCR, CAPA, and COPQ performance targets + Mentors QEs with assigned programs from proposal through shipment to customer while complying with customer requirements and achieving EBAD cost and delivery expectations + Supports and guides the program QE during customer quality audits and internal audits and approves responses + Leads/facilitates effective RCCA for failures + Participates in new product development + Acts as quality representative during technical review board (TRB), change control board (CCB), and non-conformance review board (NCRB) + Reviews product drawings and approves Inspection Plans + Collaborate with engineering and operations counterparts for cross-functional alignment. + Uses Lean Manufacturing tools to improve quality and reduce defects Requirements: The successful candidate has a BS/MS in a science or engineering discipline and has experience in quality engineering. Required experience includes: + Interpreting customer specifications and creation of efficient quality plans for programs that meet EBAD and customer requirements + ISO 9001/AS 9100 quality systems knowledge + Root cause and corrective and preventative action experience + Experience in material review boards + Experience in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement with strong problem-solving skills + Proficient with Microsoft Office suite software Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
