How will you make an impact in this role? Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure. + Leads, delivers, and drives automation and test strategies + Focus on optimization and virtualization including developing strategy for automation and testing processes, tools and methodologies at the portfolio or for large/complex products + Responsible for all testing activities aligned to the portfolio and collaborates with all stakeholders and E2E delivery test team, to achieve high quality deliverables + Typically align to senior technology management and partners with leaders to drive continuous improvements in operational quality and performance + Collaborates with development resources and product teams to drive improvements in overall quality, automation and testing processes and techniques Implementing portfolio solutions for Automation and Testing, Collaborates with SQEI in driving new solutions + Drive innovation within an agile environment resulting in improved efficiency + Assist in the recruitment of IT professionals with business and industry experience, and develop, reward and energize a competent, effective team within the technologyorganization + Support hands-on design and alignment of strategy, architecture, tools/methods with E2E PD&I teams, software engineers and architects to execute product roadmaps + Fully understands the platform roadmap and quality priorities to proactively envision scalable, resilient high performing solutions; able to identify reusability at platform level and drive the tooling and overall delivery strategy to stay ahead of technology standards. + Support the CI/CD capabilities for the portfolio, works with enterprise teams to improve CI/CD capabilities and metrics at the portfolio/enterprise level; drives best practices and standards, including root cause analysis. + Setting and managing the product quality standards and metrics for platform, collect, maintain and report metrics at portfolio level. Identify patterns, gaps/risk and opportunities from the metrics to drive innovation and improvement, platform trend analysis + Coach, provide guidance on platform level innovations, supports training and development of best practices of platform, innovation, standards + Works with team to identify project/portfolio challenges and report/escalate as needed + Uphold standards in order to ensure quality customer experiences through seamless, robust and resilient journeys cutting across platforms + Collaborate with a wide variety to partners within business and technology teams to inspire change required to execute product roadmaps + Contribute and expand on to inner source community + Maintain a healthy and efficient CI/CD pipeline, drive the strategy and the governance of automation and testing in a CI/CD environment, ensure development pipeline standards + Promote newly onboarded tools, promote innovation, best practices and efficiency + Understand platforms and applications, adhere to program test principles, exception testing, which pertains to global functionality keeping test suites lean + Understand the limitations of the enterprise solutions (i.e. Arena), identify potential gaps/risk and alternate tools to use, creative solutioning and partnering with teams to address limitations and drive change Preferred Qualifications + Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technicaldiscipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred + 5-7 years of experience in Technology, with an emphasis on QA, and confirmedability in writing test cases, running functional, automated, or performance tests,and managing defects + Hands on experience in support of modern test strategies + Demonstrated experience with Agile, Agile at scale (SAFe), other rapid application development methods, and SDLC + Experience in implementation of framework creation with industry standard functional and performance testing tools, proficient in more than one coding language + Knowledge of accessibility testing, destructive and Chaos testing is a plus + Any of the following test certifications - QAI, ASQ, IIST, ISEB, ISTQB - are a plus **Qualifications** Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually bonus benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
