Senior Quality Engineer Date: 13 Feb 2025 Location: Cairo, Cairo, EG, 11672 Company: COLAS RAIL EGYPTE Core Functions-Tasks / Key Results Expected + 1. Monitor the implementation of the approved Project Quality Plan (PQP) a nd oversee material approvals, IFC drawings, method statements, field changes, COPQ, and calibration logs. + 2. Implement the Inspection Test Plan and related checklists. + 3. Mainta in submittal logs, including Internal and External Inspection Requests, Non-Conformance Reports, and Material Test Reports. + 4. Coordinate with the project team to ensure compliance with the Inspection and Testing Plan. + 5. Conduct site surveillance to ensure work aligns with approved drawings and materials, reporting any non-conformities. + 6. Monitor site work instructions and attend pre-construction meetings. + 7. Manage Quality Toolbox Talks and Induction sessions per the monitoring plan. Qualifications/Experience required Education: B.S. degree in Mechanical /or Electrical Engineering Experience: No less than 6 years of experience in the same or similar fields. Certified ISO 9001 auditor or equivalent. Knowledge ISO 45001 & 14001. Thorough understanding of quality system standards and methodologies Good interpersonal and communication skills Good communication skills (written and verbal) Language Requirements: Arabic & English is a must, French is a plus.
