Lead customer-satisfaction initiatives and quality-survey programs across IMG regions Partner with the global team to shape the competitive-data-source strategy for IMG Build and maintain sales databases for 3rd party suppliers who administer the survey Diagnose and resolve survey related issues—including, but not limited to, binning-model, data-feed, and translation problems Manage relationships with third-party suppliers conducting the survey and competitive studies. Represent IMG in global and regional forums on customer-satisfaction initiatives, as needed.
