About the role BURN is looking for a senior quality inspector who will ensure that our products meet or exceed established quality standards. This position involves leading a team of quality assurance professionals and overseeing various aspects of the quality management process. Duties and Responsibilities + Measure and analyse quality in the assembly line, including: + incoming quality control on raw materials, products, and kits + finished goods quality control. + in-process quality control + Ensure all standard operating procedures are always adhered to on the assembly floor.  + Hire and train a team of casuals on their daily tasks and workstation allocation.  + Generate and share daily and monthly assembly and quality reports including corrective actions. + Oversee any rework required on the electric cookers and cookware. + Ensure proper segregation of defective products and proper disposition of the same. + Visiting local supplier facilities and observing the manufacturing environment to review and assess their procedures. + Facilitate communication with local suppliers when supplies don't meet quality standards. + Ensure all safety protocols are observed on the assembly floor.  Skills and Experience + Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering. + 2 Years experience in the related field. + Strong analytical skills. + Leadership Skills. + Adaptable and Flexible. + Attentive and detailed. + Good Communication skills. + Basic Microsoft Excel skills.                                                  Qualified Female Candidates encouraged to Apply BURN does not charge a fee at any stage of the recruitment process (application, interview, meeting, processing, training, or any other fees).     Powered by JazzHR
