Main Purpose of the job 职务目的：

Be responsible of the permanent compliance of products in the plant with the supplier improvement, customer requirements, standards and regulations through the Quality system. Be the referent for quality methodology. Set up and maintain Quality & HSE system

The Industrial Program Manager is responsible for all industrial development activities of the Program and approval of the following process development activities upstream.

工业项目经理负责项目的所有工业开发活动，并批准以下上游工艺开发活动

 

Job Responsibilities工作职责：

1.Quality management system & management responsibilities
质量管理体系和管理责任
Define the Plant Quality System in accordance with the Faurecia Excellence System.
建立质量体系以保证与佛吉亚卓越体系一致
Ensuring the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained
保证质量健康安全环境管理体系的建立，实施和维护
Establishing and communicating quality policy
建立并传达质量方针
Collaborate with the Purchasing organization in all activities and initiatives concerning Supplier Quality Assurance. 
与有关供应商质量保证的采购组织合作完成所有的活动和倡议
Define the priorities of the quality continuous improvement and facilitate the workshop using Problem-solving methods
确定质量改进的优先项目,推动问题解决方法在各部门应用
2.Manage quality in programs

Participate to Quality resources allocation in programs 
参与工程部在项目中的资源分配
Manage the Program Quality Leaders team 
管理项目工程领导团队
Participate in quality tools development and quality document composition in program phases
参与项目阶段的量检具开发及质量文档编写
Participate to the gate reviews and validate the industrial gate reviews
参与项目的阶段回顾和验证项目阶段的完成情况
Guarantee that the Plant Quality readiness is achieved by the program team.
保证项目阶段的质量目标在工厂实施
3.Supplier management and improvement
供应商管理和改善
Protect the plant against incorrect purchased parts and improve Supplier Quality towards sites PPM/Complaints targets
避免接受不合格的采购零件来保护工厂，改进供应商的质量来满足工厂PPM/质量抱怨的目标
4.Product realization，ensure customer satisfaction
产品实现，保证客户满意度
Ensure the right application of the alert system in the Plant  ( 8D methodology is respected) (in case of S/R, Plant Manager validation is mandatory)
保证在工厂正确使用报警系统（遵守8D方法）（任何S/R，工厂经理必须确认）
Ensure the Plant's compliance with all safety/regulations requirements (securization rate, MR/PY, LLS).
保证工厂符合所有的安全/法规要求（MR/PY, LLS,  Securization rate)
Ensure the conformity of the product by the respect of the control plan (including COP test ,..) with calibrated devices
遵守控制计划保证产品符合要求
Secure the plant from potential issues coming from variations (Programs Launches, transfers and ECM,..) through process qualification (PQA)….
通过对生产过程审核（PQA）来避免因变化（项目启动，转移和工程更改管理）而产生的潜在风险
Represent customer requirements internally and ensure his agreement (PPAP, deviation….).
定义内部代表顾客陈述要求并且保证关于PPAP，偏差的承诺
5.Measurement, analysis & improvement测量，分析及改进
Ensure Quality results to all relevant parties.
向所有的相关方保证质量结果
Communicate LLS in his/her plant and guarantee that they are implemented
在工厂内部对LLS进行沟通，保证所有的LLS被实施
6.Industrial and process development工艺发展
Responsible for the work packages execution for the Industrial Development of the Program at the Plant: industrial footprint, Plant equipment selection (new / reuse / share), Plant layout, MIFD / MIFA, industrial trials
负责工厂工业开发项目的工作包执行:工业足迹、工厂设备选择(新/再利用/共享)、工厂布局、MIFD / MIFA、工业试验…
Responsible for the launch planning and budget from definition till execution  
负责从制定到执行的产品启动计划和预算
Participate in the development of Make or Buy strategy in accordance with Purchasing, Program and Plant(s) 
根据采购、计划和工厂，参与制定制造或采购策略
Starting from phase 3, be responsible for HSE and ergonomic convergence in the Plant
从第三阶段开始，负责工厂的HSE和人体工程学的融合
7.Production Launch生产启动
Management of launch activities at the Plant
管理工厂的投产活动
Complete the Industrial Development support team with required resources (internal / external) in terms of workload, competencies and profiles
根据工作量、能力和概况，利用所需资源(内部/外部)完善工业开发支持团队
Liaise with UAPs and PC&Ls to plan production related runs / trials
与UAP和PC&L联系，计划生产相关的运行/试验

Qualifications 任职资格：

    Bachelor’s degree or above, engineering related majors are preferred;
本科及以上学历，工程相关专业优先；
    Minimum 5 years of working experience in production or quality in manufacturing industry, and at least 2-year experience of team management; familiar with related products and process is preferred.
有至少5年制造型企业生产或质量经验，两年以上团队管理经验；熟悉相关产品及工艺者优先
