Title Senior Quality Manager – Centralized 3rd Party Manufacturing

Join our dynamic Centralized 3rd Party Manufacturing (C3PM) Quality Team at our Human Nutrition and Care Business. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external partners and lead a team responsible to oversee supplier qualifications, batch releases, and quality performance management, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.

As a key member of our global quality team, you will have the opportunity to build and transform our agile C3PM quality organization while enhancing our technical capabilities. Your efforts will uphold the highest quality standards for our diverse product portfolio, spanning the food and pharma markets worldwide, ultimately driving world-class quality performance.

Your key responsibilities

3rd party manufacturer oversight and product quality management: Oversee quality management for the 3PM portfolio and maintain strong relationships with external and internal partners to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution.

Quality assurance processes and regulatory compliance: Ensure the C3PM Quality Management System is robust, effective, and complies with regulatory and company requirements, while continuously improving quality assurance protocols and procedures.

Data analysis, reporting, and customer interaction: Review quality reports and KPIs to identify trends, report on quality performance and areas for improvement, and manage significant customer complaints to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

Collaboration and continuous improvement: Foster strong relationships across functions with internal and external stakeholders to enable new product introductions and registrations. Provide training and support to team members, and lead continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality, customer centricity and operational efficiency.

Strategy, leadership, and people management: Recruit and develop talent to build a high-performing team that meets organizational goals and compliance standards. Provide strategic and tactical planning in consultation with C3PM Management and BU Quality, ensuring the efficient achievement of team strategy.

You bring

Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management, quality assurance or a similar role in the food, pharma, or allied industries.Minimum of 3 years of experience in people management. Knowledge on cGMP, ICH Q7, and GFSI standards.Knowledge of relevant food and pharma legislation and regulations.Extensive experience in risk assessment and quality system auditing standards.Experience to work with diverse and cross-functional teams, internally and externally.

 

Important note

The HNC business unit covers a diverse customer base with varying levels of customer expectations and requirements (Biomedical, Pharma, Dietary Supplements) covered by various regulatory standards. The position holder, while not necessary to be a subject matter expert in every area, needs to have a high degree of learning agility and technical content.
