Senior Quality Manager Manufacturing EMEA

What we offer:Define, establish, and coordinate the implementation of relevant quality processes and the global quality strategy across all entrusted plants within the EMEA region.Manage, develop, and ensure compliance with company standards, applied norms, and legal regulations in all entrusted plants.Lead, manage, and develop subordinate quality teams, fostering an environment of engagement, expertise, and continuous improvement.Coordinate or lead escalated quality issues (customer, supplier, internal) across all entrusted plants as necessary.Define, measure, and report key quality indicators to drive quality performance and operational efficiency.Represent the Regional Quality Leadership Team and support assigned plants during customer, supplier, and certification body audits.Review and approve relevant investments or other budgets related to quality operations in all entrusted plants.Support company-wide quality planning and continuous improvement projects, collaborating with global quality teams and other functions as needed.In collaboration with HR, define training models and oversee the development of subordinate quality teams in all entrusted plants.Authority to stop non-conform production, block/unblock orders, manage purchased materials, and dispose of non-compliant products.Excellent analytical skills with a strong ability to identify and resolve complex quality issues.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams in high-stress situations.Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.Knowledge and application of relevant quality standards, methods, and tools. Advanced MS Office skills, with experience in CAQ systems and ERP systems like SAP as a plus.At least 7+ years of experience in the quality field, with a minimum of 5 years in a Quality Management position.Experience in managing quality across multiple plants within a large, complex manufacturing environment.

The role is responsible for ensuring fire protection and energy efficiency and compliance with regulations in occupational safety and health and environmental protection.
