• Own Toller/OEM supplier Quality Management Process
• Cooperate with R&D and Process engineer to qualify new OEM/Toller Suppliers , make quality
control plan accordingly
• On site supplier audit and continue improvement tracking， reduce the total scrap rate of PMAP
OEM/Toller suppliers
• Leading IATF16949 system internal & external audit of solvent plant and PT plant，leading the
quality system continuous improvement and process optimization
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor
• Bachelor Degree and above
• Familiar with local and oversea supplier quality system audit Process and PDCA improvement
• 3 years supplier quality management experience at least
• Familiar with 8D report and other QC tools
• Excellent written and oral English communication and presentation skills
• Experience of leading IATF16949 system internal & external auditing, be capable for supplier on
site auditing independently
