Key Responsibilities Reporting to the LOC Quality Manager, the Senior Quality Specialist is responsible for: Maintain high level of Quality Management System (QMS) knowledge, monitor changes in the commercial environment, and identify opportunities or risks. Support quality improvement projects to improve performance and build trust Support the LOC Quality Head in implementing and maintaining a compliant QMS aligned with GSK standards and local regulations, quality processes includes, but not limited to: Quality Council Change control Risk management Quality Complaints Incident Management, Investigation & CAPA Third Party management Internal Quality Training management Local Repacking Local Batch release Internal and External Agreement Internal Auditing Why you? Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s or above degree in sciences, or any related discipline. 3-5 years of working experience in the Pharmaceutical/ Consumer healthcare industries, preferably in the capacity of a quality officer role. (Candidate with less experience will be considered as Quality Specialist.) Analytical mind, good attention to detail and problem solving skills within a structured process Good time management skills, with ability to multi-task and work under pressure Understanding and with experienced in quality management systems particularly in the areas of batch release, product incidents, quality complaint, performing audits, and quality documentation systems. Knowledge of local regulatory requirements pertaining to GMP/ GDP Good team player, works well in cross functional teams. Ability to deliver clear communications and foster excellent working relationships with peers and management Strong in problem solving and delivery of solution Works with a spirit of continuous improvement and innovation. Flexible thinking - able to challenge and see views from different perspective Demonstrated ability to engage at different organization levels and collaborate with cross functional teams. Ability to self-motivate and be resilient and focused under pressure. Effective communication – both verbal and written.
