Key responsibilities:

Develop\nand implement quality control measures to ensure HON installation works related\nto Fire Alarm System, Security Systems and \nBMS installations as well as delivered products are compliant with\nhighest standards, design requirements, technical guidance and Customer’s\nexpectationsConduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement\nand ensure adherence to quality standards  Verify on the daily basis quality of works of HON subcontractors (installation\nscope, cabling, cable trays, cabinets etc.), analyze data and trends to identify root\ncauses of quality issues and implement corrective actions Work\nwith cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives Cooperate\nclosely with Quality Customer representatives.

Key skills and qualifications:

Minimum\nof 3 years of experience in quality management or a related field on\nconstruction siteFluent Polish (min B2)Strong\nknowledge of quality control regulations and methodologies Excellent\nproblem-solving and thoughtful skills Previous experience on Quality audits, NCR,\nFAT scope
