Post Contract Experience is required.  Prepare rate analysis (RA). Should be proficient in CAD, Cost-X (qty take off tools).  Prepare Bar Bending Schedule from good for construction drawings. Prepare and check analysis of rates of extra items. Review architectural plans / structural drawings and prepare quantity needs Performing detailed quantification as per the approved shop drawings / GFC drawings using P Line / LBD and agree the measurements with the contractor. Plan the tasks well and discuss with team leaders regularly. Ensure high quality service delivery on every task in allocated time. Ensure compliance with our internal processes and procedures and documentation standards. Understand and adopt the Client / project specific procedures. Good skills on excel and word and ability to learn and adapt to customized software. Ensure integrity and professionalism in every task or activity performed. Good communication skills both written and verbal. Good Interpersonal Skills.
