Moreover, ensuring world class capabilities within the team and foster collaboration with external partners and internal stakeholders will be key on this role. **Your main responsibilities:** + Responsible for all activities within function including budget. + Cultivate growth mindset leading to increased psychological safety. + Supporting transfer projects with technical competences & solutions. + Collaborate, align, and agree on capability needs. + Inspire, motivate, and enable teams to perform at their best and innovate within the resources given. + Ensure a meaningful work environment linked to Grundfos Values. **Your background and competencies** + Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar. + Proven experience in leading technical teams and developing people + 5 years. + Fluent English verbal and written. + Curious, eager and with a highly experienced professional and with a positive attitude. + Having a sound judgement and ability to balance risk and rewards also under changing environment. + Inspiring leader that can create a highly collaborative environment with internal and external stakeholders. + Great communication skills. + Proven experience working in cross functional teams, primarily in product development. + Proven experience from working in an international company. + Willing to travel when required. **What’s in it for you?** What are your goals?
