How you'll make an Impact: Team Leadership & Agile Collaboration – Lead a high-performing team in an agile environment, working closely with the Product Manager to balance workloads and ensure scalability. Feature Development & Maintenance – Contribute to the development of new features and the ongoing maintenance of our communication product, Yotpo Email Marketing & SMS. People Growth - Talent nurturing & growth plans. About you: Proficiency in Java and/or PHP with experience in building scalable applications. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), essential Design Patterns, and Data Pipelines. Experience working with relational databases (MySQL, Snowflake, Databricks) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, REDIS). Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions. Knowledge of end-to-end testing practices and methodologies. Nice to Have (but not mandatory): Experience with Monitoring & Logging tools such as Kibana, Elasticsearch, CloudWatch, and Grafana. Familiarity with API development and specifications (OpenAPI, Swagger, GraphQL). Knowledge of AWS services including ECS, S3, Lambda, SQS, and API Gateway. Experience with Java Spring Boot, Flink, Upsolver, CDC, Kafka, and Avro. The Perfect Candidate Has proven leadership experience in engineering teams.
