陶氏包装和特种塑料事业部（P&SP）上海包装实验室技术员将负责独立使用多种类型的塑料加工机器对聚烯烃产品进行加工制备，测试以及表征，进而支持研发及技术支持科学家获得第一手实验现象及数据来进行新产品的开发和客户支持。同时该技术员还需要以良好的5S标准安全地操作和管理实验室设备及原材料。
工作职责
能够深刻理解实验室的安全要求，严格遵守公司在实验室EHS安全方面的规章制度。领导实验室相关团队进行EHS整合实施，负责团队内的EHS合规性，识别和改善工作场所安全，审查、制定和管理实验室SOP、SOC、KPC、PTA和其他政策文件以及5S改进工作。能够独立操作所有必需的设备。灵活地与其他部门沟通，共享设备使用。以出色的实验经验、良好的实验室工作记录、问题解决、数据分析来支持科学家的研发工作。与科学家保持密切沟通，更好地了解实验安全要求/性能目标/操作步骤等，以便进行良好的实验交付。同时密切监测/交流实验结果，为科学家提供优化思路，以获得更好的创新结果。负责实验室设备设施的维护、校准和管理，支持实验室新设备设施的设计、采购、建设、安装、调试和RTO。为团队提供日常运作的职能支持，包括管理化学样品标签、研究样品交付、采购、化学品/设备/备件消耗管理、采购和成本控制，确保实验室日常运作顺利进行。
岗位要求
化学、化学工程、高分子或其他相关科学学科的大专及以上学历，具有化工行业实验室经验。本科优先。熟悉塑料行业，有塑料行业实际操作经验，熟悉常用加工设备及表征方法。岗位技能
