The newly created role of Senior R2R-FC Manager is responsible for establishing and continuously managing their regional scope of services, ensuring alignment with global service level agreements and quality standards. This role involves ensuring the proper execution of group financial policies within their scope. Additionally, the manager drives innovation and continuous improvement to enhance service delivery and optimize costs for the activities within their purview.

Accountable for the successful deliver services to the region Accountable for delivery performance in line with the service framework and customer satisfaction metrics as defined in the DBS value frameworkOwn the GL and Reporting application of common standards for DBS services and sponsors initiatives to implement best practiceMonitor compliance and process performance, working with Risk, Compliance, internal control, and internal and external auditAssist to drive GL and Reporting region/global process standardization, harmonization, automation, process excellence and continuous improvement across the region for his/her end-to-end scope of activitiesLocal Management
Execute plan for and implement DBS processes, deploy technology, operating principles, services, culture and organization design for the regionExecute class operating standardsInteractions with stakeholders
Report performance and escalate local / region /global issues to local or BU R2R (FC) LeadIdentify and gain GL and Reporting approval for enhancements and process improvements, for implementation within IBS.
