Complete Description:
The RF Program Manager will be responsible for managing functional teams, technical teams, budgets, vendor/client relationship, and work plans for development projects, implementations, network functions, and support services. In addition, the resource will be responsible for Identifying and managing risk. Reports status to agency stakeholders (both internal and external).
