Responsibilities

Our client is seeking a Senior React Developer to join their team! The React Developer will be responsible for creating robust and scalable web applications using React. This position will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing our client's B2B applications and experiences. As a Senior React Developer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI platforms and shape the user experience.

Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into high-quality, scalable web applicationsDesign and develop user interfaces using React, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experienceOptimize applications for maximum speed and scalabilityConduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developersWork closely with UX designers to ensure the successful implementation of designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development processStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in React development, incorporating them into the development process at our clientCollaborate with backend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logicUse modern development tools and frameworks to create high-quality code and interactive prototypesEnsure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a React Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in building complex web applicationsProficiency in JavaScript, and React.jsExperience in optimizing applications for complex B2B environmentsStrong understanding of responsive design principles and the ability to create interfaces that work seamlessly across different devices and screen sizesFamiliarity with HTML5 and CSS3Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user needs and technical challengesExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teamsA passion for clean code, user-centered design, and a strong attention to detail

Local to Washington D.C. is preferredPrior experience working within an emerging, high-growth company and/or government-focused companies is highly preferred
