You’ll be someone who is both comfortable working proactively and managing your own tasks, as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with senior managers, directors, and BDO’s partners to help businesses effectively. You’ll be encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to organisations we work with.
In this busy role you will:
Provide an exceptional client experience and support client initiatives within the firm, as well as being responsive and helping to create a positive impression at all touch points.Liaise with senior stakeholders, both internal and external.Deal with routine enquiries and taking appropriate messages.General administrative assistance as required.Leading the 3 part-time employees in the team. Ensuring the smooth running of the Reception Desk providing excellent client service to staff and external stakeholders, including answering all incoming calls, servicing and clearing all visitor rooms, booking parking / meeting rooms and training rooms.Monitoring Condeco room booking system, food ordering and updating P2P /receipting / queries / couriers / Ad-hoc admin requirements. Ordering of all catering consumables, stationery and corporate stock, flowers. Setting up for video conferencing / presentations. Assisting with event organisation and running. Office based and with a work pattern of 7.5 hours on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.You'll be someone with:
