The Senior Recruiter will be the primary point of contact for Global Investment Bank and Markets Securities Services businesses (GBM) to deliver all aspects of our recruitment strategy. This is a full life cycle, end to end Recruiter role. The role will work closely with banking leaders and hiring managers to deliver excellence throughout the recruitment and on-boarding process. The incumbent will drive stakeholder engagement to source, screen, and present candidates for entry level through Director level roles. In addition, this role with partner with our Talent Development team to ensure both internal and external talent are considered for key roles. By having a deep understanding of the external market and our internal talent, this role will help senior leaders make decisions about build vs buy.

As our Senior Recruiter, Global Investment Banking and Markets Securities Services you will:

Understand recruitment activity specific to this business and client group and execute against the demand plan to ensure sourcing strategy and activities for all open roles are aligned to our talent agendaUnderstand the external business environment and engage with HR Business Partner, business leaders, and our Global team in providing strategic recruitment solutions and services aligned to business prioritiesMaximize candidate and hiring manager satisfaction through excellent delivery through the full recruitment cycle that is aligned to HSBC purpose, values and strategyManage stakeholder relationships and related communicationManage and influence junior recruiters, onshore and offshore, to deliver outstanding recruitment experience to our hiring leaders and candidatesEnsure all activities are compliant with applicable regulatory, audit and legislative requirementsLiaise with Group Talent Acquisition on key recruitment initiatives

For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $128,100.00 and $192,200.00

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
