This is a permanent opportunity to join Disney's Talent Acquisition team in Hammersmith, west London.
Applicants should have business fluency in English, French AND Spanish for supporting hiring for several Disney EMEA offices.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Hammersmith office for a minimum of four days a week, with the option to work from home one day a week.
This specialist role is part of the EMEA Talent Acquisition Centre of Expertise function.
Our TA team provide Disney with the most talented and diverse candidates from both internal and external sources in the shortest possible time frames, while providing exceptional customer service and reducing costs for the EMEA business. Reporting to the TA Manager, this role will utilise pioneering recruitment and sourcing methodologies and technology to deliver top-tier talent. The Senior Recruiter will provide a quality, cost-effective, and timely recruitment service to their assigned Countries and also support other Disney teams as needed.
Additionally, the role involves partnering with Line Managers, ensuring excellence in attraction, sourcing, assessment, and selection of candidates, thereby positioning Disney as an 'Employer of Choice.'
What You Will Do
Proactively partner and lead relationship with Hiring Managers to discuss and make recommendations on resourcing issues (permanent, fixed term) as well as looking at the most effective manner/way to source candidates (True Subject Matter Experts).
Is able to challenge the Hiring Manager on wider elements impacting the business (e.g. internal mobility, location strategy, key strategic goals and directions) and professionally and effectively influences the outcome.
Acting as a trusted recruitment partner, taking ownership for the successful conclusion of recruitment assignments Ensuring delivery of a service that is customer focused and cost effective
Responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment process creating the hiring strategy and fully understanding the requirements of each vacancy
Understand changes in business strategy that could influence or alter candidate pipelines
Deliver quality candidates through a range of direct sources to ensure effective delivery of Disney's recruitment objectives, with a strong focus on direct sourcing.
Participates in candidate evaluation and selection process.
Ensuring the global recruitment system (Workday) and data processes are fully utilised and all records are kept up to date and accurate (and in line with GDPR requirements).
Work with the Talent Acquisition Team to promote our employer brand using social media and other tools to generate interest in Disney as a great place to work.
Maintains smooth flow throughout the recruitment process e.g. communication to hiring manager, candidate, HR partners, etc.
Responsible for quality and data integrity of all related recruitment information, including all offers of employment via our HR Operations team
Project work in conjunction with the Director and Managers
Required Qualifications & Skills
Full business fluency in French and Spanish plus English ESSENTIAL
Experience in a multinational corporate environment managing hiring across multiple regions ESSENTIAL
Demonstrable experience of end-to-end recruitment in an in-house, RPO or agency capacity
Experience of delivering direct sourcing across multiple different and diverse roles
Ability to deliver projects to improve ways of working, from inception to delivery
Ability to operate and navigate in an environment of change and ambiguity
Exceptional Account Management skillset for managing stakeholder relationships across functions and regions.
