Location: Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living Join our team as a Senior Recruiter and assume a key role in attracting exceptional talent to our organization. Work closely with clinical leadership in our continuing care and home health departments to promptly and effectively fill positions. Your efforts will help create a stable environment of quality care for our residents in our senior living community. What we offer + A culture of diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging, which builds on our mission, vision and values + Medical, dental and vision packages, including an annual reimbursement for qualified wellness expenses, personal health coaching and telemedicine options + PTO Plans, PLUS company paid volunteer hours for eligible team members, in accordance with applicable state law + 401k for all team members 18 and over with a company 3% match + Onsite medical centers, providing wellness visits and sick care for all team members over 18 years of age + Free access to our on-site Team member Health and Well-Being Centers, plus Well-Being programs, tools and resources for you and your immediate family members + Education assistance, certification reimbursement and access to over 6,000 courses through our online learning library, designed to enhance your current skills and build new ones + Growth Opportunities – grow with the company as we open new communities and expand on our existing ones! + Compensation: Starting at $84,000 annually, commensurate with experience How you will make an impact + Facilitate the full cycle recruitment process, including developing and implementing recruitment strategy. + Collaborate with management, supervisors, and scheduling department to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills. + Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates. + Monitor and analyze retention statistics and make recommendations for improvement. + Review applications and screen candidates to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, salary requirements, and provide information about the organization and position. + Partner with the HR Managers in writing and placing job advertising in various media and give input on the development of recruitment materials + Develop and maintain contacts with schools, alumni groups, and other public organizations to find and attract applicants. + Make public presentations at schools, organizations, and job fairs regarding the organization and opportunities + Work with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates. What you will need + Minimum of 4 years full cycle recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or clinical environment. + Abiltiy to effectively prioritize and plan work activities by setting goals, organizing tasks and resources, and developing realistic action plans to ensure efficient time management and coordination of team effort Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
