CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Human Resources Team, working remotely, and help drive CHA’s continued growth and expansion. What You'll Do: Consult with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop sourcing strategies for diverse, high-caliber candidatesInterview candidates using behavioral and competency-based methods to assess qualificationsServe as a brand ambassador for CHA, making lasting connections and delivering a best-in-class candidate experienceManage multiple priorities with an average requisition load of 25 positions, adapting to new systems and methods in a fast-paced team environmentSource talent for specialized and hard-to-fill technical engineering roles, leveraging social media platforms and recruitment toolsTrack recruiting metrics and performance, manage data and reporting, and utilize systems to optimize results What You Bring: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field requiredMinimum of 10 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting within a technical environment, with specific expertise in hiring engineers, designers, scientists, architects, and project managers requiredAt least 5 years’ experience in high-volume, targeted geographic areas and/or technical specialties requiredPrior experience recruiting in the A/E/C industry highly desiredProven success in sourcing, vetting, and presenting qualified candidates utilizing a variety of sourcing toolsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (iCMS preferred)Familiarity with OFCCP compliance, outreach, and reporting a plusExperience managing recruiting teams Why You'll Love It Here: Enjoy a flexible work arrangement with remote work and opportunities to travel, empowering you to balance your professional and personal lifeBe part of a team that’s passionate about creating solutions, helping people, and improving our worldWork in an environment committed to inclusion and sustainability Salary Range:$108,000 - $132,000
Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
