The Senior Recruiter for Latin America is responsible for enhancing the candidate's experience, establishing strategic business partnerships, advising hiring managers on talent, and executing a best-in-class hiring process, developing recruitment processes in collaboration with international leaders, and engaging in strategic talent acquisition initiatives. 

What you’ll doOversee all open positions in the region and ensuring effective recruitment practices.Execute a best-in-class hiring and interview process, including managing candidate and hiring panel feedback and ensuring efficient use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Establish and maintain strategic business partner relationships, providing expert advice to hiring managers on talent acquisition, attraction, and hiring plans. Participate in end-to-end selection processes for strategic positions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards and social media, to build a strong talent pipeline.Develop and execute strategic employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice, utilizing social platforms and engaging content to attract top talent.Negotiate offers and extend employment offers to selected candidates. Ensure that data and insights are effectively shared with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders. Maintain a robust information pipeline to keep all parties informed of recruitment status, challenges, and successes.Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.Promote the Company as an employer of choice through various channels

 Who you are5+ years of experience in Recruiting for the Latin American RegionProficiency in using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment software (Workday experience is a plus)Experience in high volume recruiting of multiple types of job profilesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Portuguese and English, Spanish is a plusKnowledge of the Brazilian and Argentinian market Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholdersDemonstrated success in managing multiple priorities in a changing environmentBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related fields.
