Your Opportunity: Taylor is seeking an inclusive-minded, collaborative Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team in North Mankato, MN. In this role, you will be essential in leading the full recruitment lifecycle for professional roles within our organization, supporting our growth and innovation. Your Responsibilities:

Develop talent acquisition strategies that foster diversity, equity, and inclusion and drive fulfillment of business-critical openingsEnsure a positive candidate and client experience with clear, consistent communication throughout the hiring processBuild value-driven partnerships with business leaders, HR partners, and key stakeholders across the organizationLead thorough intake meetings with hiring leaders to understand role requirements and ensure inclusive recruitment practicesCreate sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines and connect with high-quality candidatesUse data and market insights to support hiring managers and guide sourcing strategiesAdapt quickly to changing priorities and organizational needsBuild relationships with community organizations, schools, and other networks to strengthen our outreach and connect with diverse talent poolsMentor fellow recruiters to support team growth and knowledge sharingIdentify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Talent Acquisition process

You Bring:

4+ years of recruiting experience, including using an ATS to source, recruit, and track candidates2+ years of strategic sourcing experience and demonstrated ability to build robust, diverse candidate pipelinesProficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using data to inform decisionsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExceptional time management, organization, and prioritization skillsMotivation and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentHigh School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s DegreeExperience with Workday RecruitingCustomer service-oriented mindset and ability to build rapport across diverse teams and communities
