Senior Recruiter

Be part of the Saint Therese difference! We are seeking a high-performing, experienced full-time Senior Healthcare Recruiter at one of Minnesota's leading nonprofit senior housing and service providers.

Job Overview:

The Senior Recruiter, you will partner with the Director of Centralized Recruiting to steer the talent identification and recruitment process for roles within all entities of Saint Therese. Your day-to-day duties will be driving the full life cycle recruitment process from qualifying positions, talent identification, recruiting, selection and closing. You will join forces with Human Resources leadership to map out annual recruiting strategies and assure the recruitment goals set therein are being effectively implemented and achieved. This role will assist in implementing best practices and tools for all recruitment within Saint Therese, assist in the creation of data driven reports to highlight recruitment success for stakeholders, and will play an active role in implementing the Saint Therse International Nursing Recruitment program.

Location Information

We have four senior communities in Minnesota with locations in Brooklyn Park, Corcoran, Shoreview, and Woodbury, and two out of state entities in Monroe, Michigan and Avon, Ohio.  The campus sites are rich with thoughtful amenities, support, and residnet centered care. Our compassionate services also reach seniors living in the broader Twin Cities area through home care, outpatient therapies and wellness programs.

Qualifications:

Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Demonstrated ability leading recruitment/sourcing efforts with the ability to design and implement sourcing solutions for every role. Exemplary execution skills. possess a strong sense of urgency and ownership in the ability to solve the talent needs of the business while fostering innovation, driving critical decisions, and delivering results. A strategic thinker with effective communication skills and a strong analytical skill set. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish strong relationships. A confident communicator, (including both written and verbal) and able to effectively present to all levels of the organization. Strong business acumen and integrity Abide by Saint Therese policies and Code of Conduct and all applicable laws and regulations.

Education:     Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field.

Experience:  

Minimum of three years of professional full cycle recruiting experience in healthcare.  Experience designing, developing, and supporting organization-wide talent management programs. Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various employment reports. Previous experience in international recruiting.

Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong assessment skills - the ability to establish the right screening questions that establish the best candidate pool with the best technical and cultural fit.  Highly organized and efficient- the ability to remain highly organized and efficient during the entire sourcing, recruitment, and interview process so that we are engaging with candidates as quickly as possible and moving them through the initial screening and interview process as quickly as possible.  Process-Improvement- has an eye for process improvement and quickly identifies any bottlenecks in the process and addresses these opportunities on a regular basis. Strategic - builds and maintains a robust pipeline of candidates through relationship building and networking; has future-oriented and innovative ideas to establish a roadmap for future workforce needs. Metrics-Focused- drives for strong results by staying focused on goals and metrics that deliver the outcomes we need in our industry. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
