Job DescriptionLead the recruitment process from start to finish, collaborating closely with hiring managers to focus on hiring quality talent at pace.Conduct detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations.With support from our dedicated off-site sourcing team, you’ll review applications and directly source candidates via various recruitment marketing methods, including online, social media, networks, referrals, and internals.Develop and manage recruitment marketing plans or sourcing plans to align with search requirements.Hold weekly review calls with hiring managers to provide consultative status updates on each search.Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding application and interview status.Prepare candidates for interviews, coaching them on logistics, attire, and expectations.Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with consistent communication.Identify and recommend solutions to perceived difficulties with searches.Qualifications

Position Requirements

Strong recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, in-house, or RPO setting.Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring leaders.
