What Will You Do?
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support professional hiring. You will own the Talent Acquisition responsibility to help these groups build client relationships, manage projects, develop best pratices, and help us manage all corporate and support team roles. We combine active and passive candidates to give our hiring teams choice. This is a hybrid job with three days in the office: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
ResponsibilitiesHow will You influence success?
Strategy:
Consult/collaborate to identify what the client’s critical talent needs. Apply a Continuous Improvement mindset to track and review your progress towards KPIs and make procedural changes with a focus for improvementUse a mixture of technology and efficient human process to create a “high-touch” candidate experience that can scale with organizational growthDetermine a strategy for use of sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Social Media) that helps establish a strong employment brand in the marketplace. Build relationships with preferred applicant resources including search firms, governmental agencies, college placement centers, trade schools, and related organizationsSourcing:
Lead hiring manager through the job posting creation and ensure alignment on platforms to target.We use an intake process as new needs are identified Manage applicants in a timely manner, and source top-tier passive talent using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume SearchEngage candidates 'where they are' to maximize your positive response rateAdd resumes to our Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) for candidate management and to build talent poolsRecord candidate progress through the funnel with comprehensive notesAttend Career Fairs as neededInterviewing:
Review and screen candidates for technical competence, cultural alignment, and long-term fitMake recommendations to hiring teams on pros/cons of candidates, and areas to probe for assessmentBe a professional and trust-worthy representative of the company and treat all candidates with respect (we don't 'ghost' candidates)Selection
Help the hiring team design and facilitate a strong process to ensure that we select the most qualified candidate across all dimensions of the role (technical skill, cultural alignment and diversity of background and experience)Coordinate with the candidate and hiring team for the most efficient and abbreviated interview process availableCommunicate transparently with the candidate where we are in process and what delays may have occurred, and why

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experienceRelevant work experience may substitute for required education5+ years of experience recruiting professional roles in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated experience in talent acquisition – intake, sourcing, screening for cultural and technical fit, coordinating team interviews, calibration and closing the dealA history of postive interactions with hiring teams, coordinators, and candidates as a professional, candid, and trust-worthy partner Desire to align with Team Performance objectives and drive for SuccessStrong use of technology (applicant tracking, career websites, AI overlay to attract applicants, etc.) to ensure robust pipelines of engaged and qualified talentData driven with proven experience improving recruiting KPIs (time to fill, quality of hire, <6mo retention, etc.) and funnel managementPreferred:
Experience in the construction/Engineering industryExperience with technical and leader recruiting – Civil/Geotech Engineers, PM’s, mid-level managers and critical support rolesExperience with employment branding and marketing tools (social media, etc.) to boost visibilityDemonstrable history of innovating and using best practicesMentorship of junior team membersExperience working in a service focused organization of comparable size and complexitySalary range: $75,000 - $100,000 per year.
