Work Location: - Pune, IndiaWork Mode: - Hybrid, however, candidate should be flexible to work as per client needSpecific Needs: - Candidate with Minimum 6 years of experience in recruitment from target industries will be preferred: - Power Systems, Engines, Aerospace, Controls and Defense

 

Experience in hiring for Aerospace clients specifically-Engineers roles and Technical Roles.Expertise in working directly for Aerospace hiring,Minimum 5 years' experience in dealing with Stakeholder, handling the calls, discussing the challenges.Lead end-to-end recruitment process: Conduct job scope meetings, develop sourcing strategies, and utilize various channels (ATS, databases, networking sites) to find and engage qualified candidates.Evaluate and assess candidates: Conduct phone interviews, review qualifications, and prepare candidates for interviews. Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details and negotiate with candidates.Expertise in Sourcing Techniques and handling end to end recruitment.Act as a brand ambassador: Deliver exceptional talent while providing timely communication throughout the recruitment cycle.Serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, providing consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders.Qualifications

Position Requirements

 

Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.Minimum of five years' results-oriented recruiting experience in an in-house, Aerospace,Defense, Automotive , Power System and Engine Industries.Proficiency in recruiting technologies, deep web sourcing techniques, and adherence to compliance processes.
