Job Summary\:
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our team and lead the full-cycle recruitment process to attract top talent. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in talent acquisition, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities\:
During a Typical Day, You’ll
· Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements, create job descriptions, and define the ideal candidate profile.
· Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
· Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
· Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
· Promote the company’s culture and values to attract high-quality candidates.
What You Bring to the Role
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 7 years of experience in recruitment Proven success in sourcing and hiring across various roles, including senior-level and specialized positions. Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.What You Can Expect
