Job Description
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to interviews and offer management for positions primarily in business and corporate functionsCoordinate with Human Resource Business Partner and Hiring Manager to get clear business context and identify hiring needsAble to manage stakeholders expectation during recruitment process and build a good relationshipActively facilitate and think strategically to propose solutions in fulfilling hiring needsEnsure the designated time to hire is executed properlyManage onboarding and coordinate with related departments to ensure a smooth hiring process until the candidates are onboard with the company.
Requirements
At least 4 years of recruitment experience from agency and in-house tech companies with regional exposure would be preferred.
Proven track record in sourcing and recruiting for high volume roles in a fast pace environment
Solid understanding of recruitment business process
Possess various experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
High integrity and confidentiality
