Fresenius Medical Care is the world’s leading provider of products and services for people with chronic kidney failure. Around 3.4 million patients worldwide with this disease regularly undergo dialysis treatment. Dialysis is a life-saving blood cleansing procedure that substitutes the function of the kidney in case of kidney failure. We operate in 39 production sites and in more than 50+ countries, to provide dialysis products such as dialysis machines, dialyzers and related disposables.
In this role, you will be a key member of the Global Talent Acquisition (TA) MSC, Verticals, and Quality team. Your primary responsibility will be to attract and recruit blue-collar talent for our manufacturing site in Antalya, which specializes in producing bloodlines and currently employs 1.700 people. With a strong focus on blue-collar recruitment, you will play a critical role in supporting the site’s workforce needs. You will report directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition Global MSC/Verticals/Quality.
Tasks
Collaborate with local hiring managers and the regional HR leader to identify and align on talent needs and workforce planning.Act as the primary Talent Acquisition (TA) contact, leading all recruitment efforts at the Turkish site with a focus on operational excellence and hiring delivery.Implement the TA Plant Blueprint and design the optimal recruitment framework for Turkey, tailoring processes to local needs.Achieve the forecasted hiring targets by delivering timely and effective recruitment solutions.Define and execute innovative candidate attraction and sourcing strategies, with a strong emphasis on the blue-collar workforce landscape.Conduct online and in-person interviews, prescreen candidates, and provide hiring managers with comprehensive recommendations based on job requirements and competencies.Create and manage job offers while coordinating salary discussions with HR and Compensation & Benefits teams to ensure equitable outcomes.Maintain accurate, compliant, and timely updates of recruitment activities within the applicant tracking system (Workday).Ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience by fostering clear communication, transparency, and responsiveness throughout the recruitment process.Collaborate with international TA colleagues across Germany, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Serbia, and Mexico to share best practices and drive global alignment.Build strong partnerships with TA Excellence, Regional HR leaders, HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Compensation & Benefits teams.Support global HR/TA transformation initiatives and guide hiring managers in navigating changes specific to Turkey.Lead local TA transformation projects to enhance efficiency and scalability.Ensure all TA policies and practices adhere to local labor laws, social security regulations, and internal compliance standards.Profile
