Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to support in a large integration project. While details of the specific project is confidential until the acquisition is announced, the HR BP will be supporting a number workstreams including benefit enrollment, talent acquisition/management, compensation, and organizational design. This role will support multiple HR initiatives both before and after acquisition and may work on multiple projects simultaneously. A successful HR BP will need to be a self-starter, able to work autonomously, is a natural problem solver, is collaborative and not slowed by adversity or ambiguity. This role can pay between 29-33 hourly depending on experience.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree
6+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, Business Partner or Project Management Experience
ADP HR System is a MUST
Strong experience in HRIS Integration Projects and Implementations
Experience with benefit enrollment, talent acquisition, and compensation
Intermediate Excel - manipulating data: vlookups, pivot tables
Excellent communication Involvement in creating training and development processes to encourage employee retention and success. null
