Job Description Inframark is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our recruiting team. You would manage our full-cycle recruitment process, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for automation and intelligence positions such as SCADA and PLC programmers; civil and environmental engineering positions, and technical roles related to water and wastewater utilities. The position can be remote, but we prefer candidates able to report to the office at least 2 days a week in Macon, GA or Katy, TX. **Responsibilities:** · Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and recruit top talent for roles in instrumentation and controls, including SCADA design and programming, installation and commissioning, control panel manufacturing, and industrial cybersecurity. · Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. · Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions. · Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates. · Networking: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through industry events, social media, and other channels. · Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. · Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to attract competitive talent. **Qualifications:** · Experience: Proven experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in the field of instrumentation and controls and/or industrial cybersecurity. · Industry Networking: Must have industry networking experience and a proven track record in recruiting for industrial cybersecurity roles, including security audits, holistic security design, recovery plans, and testing. · Data Analysis Recruitment: Experience recruiting for data analysis roles, including smart data normalization, customized data dashboards, and applied machine learning. · SCADA and Monitoring: At least 5 years of experience recruiting for positions of all levels for hosted SCADA, proactive system monitoring, and remote services. · Knowledge: Strong understanding of SCADA systems, process controls, instrumentation, and cybersecurity solutions. · Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. · Tools: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred. **Benefits:** · Competitive salary and benefits package. · Opportunities for professional development and growth. · Collaborative and innovative work environment.
