Description
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in corporate and technical recruiting to attract top talent and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. This position offers the opportunity to work in the dynamic printing and publishing industry while utilizing advanced recruitment tools and strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the entire recruitment process, from initial sourcing and screening to final offer negotiations.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and platforms like UKG Pro and LinkedIn to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
• Conduct targeted searches to identify and engage high-quality candidates for technical, digital, marketing and other corporate roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Maintain compliance with hiring policies and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates to create a robust talent network.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize recruitment efforts.
• Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to both candidates and hiring teams.
• Support employer branding initiatives to enhance visibility and attract top-tier talent.
Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate and technical recruiting.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, including UKG Pro.
• Strong expertise in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant networks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruiting processes efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with hiring teams and candidates.
• Solid understanding of recruitment metrics and data analysis.
• Ability to adapt to industry trends and integrate them into recruitment strategies.
• Experience in fostering a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
