Senior Recruiter

Position Overview:
The Senior Recruiter will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional candidates to support our business objectives across the Latin American market. This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strategic partnerships with hiring managers, and delivering a stellar candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting within the LATAM region and a deep understanding of regional market trends and talent landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy tailored to specific roles.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering processes for various functions and levels within the organization.Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, utilizing job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and network of potential candidates for current and future needs.Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to ensure qualifications meet job requirements and align with company culture and values.Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to ensure our recruitment practices are current and competitive.Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to provide consultative guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.Ensure compliance with all hiring policies and procedures, as well as any relevant legal requirements.Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to promote diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on the LATAM region.Demonstrated success in hiring for a variety of roles and levels within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong understanding of LATAM labor markets and employment practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.Proven ability to source and attract a diverse pool of candidates using innovative and creative sourcing techniques.Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment-related software.Fluency in Spanish and English is required; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
