Senior Recruiter (Onsite) What We Are Looking For: In the Senior Recruiter role, you will: + Recruit, attract, source, and hire new team members. + Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand their talent requirements, and the talent requirements of their Federal customers. + Partner with Marketing Team to leverage social media to attract candidates. + Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, leveraging recruiting tools and networking to identify qualified candidates. + Work with senior leadership to improve our end-to-end talent acquisition function to attract and convert high-quality candidates to full-time team members. + This position requires you to be onsite in our Arlington VA office (Ballston) five days a week.   Requirements: + Minimum 5 years of experience as a recruiter / talent acquisition specialist in the Federal Government contracting recruiting space. + Exceptional communication skills. + Ability to function independently and coordinate multiple simultaneous responsibilities. + Excellent attention to detail. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). + Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree.
