The salary for this position is $124,735.00 to $169,950.00, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.

**Position is fully remote: candidate must be located near the DEN HUB location**

Key Responsibilities:Responsibility for day to day operational, financial and personnel performance of a portfolio of domestic regional line stations run by third party ground handling companiesUses important metrics to provide operational input/feedback and implements actions with internal/external collaborators (CRE, Network Planning, AO Finance, Procurement, Airport Authorities, TSA) to drive continuous improvement and consistent service, i.e., airport branding, administrative processesEnsures Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and takes corrective action when necessary, including financial penalties, if applicableFollows United's Core Values at all times and is a Customer & Employee championPromotes ownership and pride in the United BrandEnsures focus on operational performance, brand alignment and customer satisfaction as well as compliance with contract and corporate standardsCoordinates implementation of new initiatives, resolution of issues and performance improvement initiativesEnsures station compliance with United and regulatory requirementsContinuous review of station performance metrics to find opportunities for improvementProvides feedback/support to local stations and/or ground handler local and corporate leadership to improve performanceDevelops ground handling business partner stations to ensure they continuously improve and provide a consistent productMonitors Customer Satisfaction (NPS) scores across region and takes appropriate corrective action, as requiredSupports station transitions ensuring United standards are met (safety, branding, customer facing facilities)Coordinates training for new vendor management employees or ones that require additional supportLeads and directs station organization to ensure superior customer service, which includes, mainline, express and flying partnersWorks closely with Vendor Management group on financial and contractual issues that require coordination, follow-through, or oversightCoordinates feedback to Network Planning on network changes, providing feedback on schedule impact to performance, facilities and cost

The base pay range for this role is $124,735.00 to $169,950.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
