Description Amazon Prime Video is seeking an experienced, strategic Senior Regional Media Manager to oversee Global launches (movies and series) and Brand campaigns across LATCANZ (Latin America, Canada, and Australia/New Zealand) region. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative, high-impact media plans to drive PV content awareness, consideration and conversion for Amazon's Prime Video service. Key job responsibilities - Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven media strategies and plans for Prime Video's global launches and brand campaigns across the LATCANZ markets - Serve as the single media owner for campaigns within your scope, aligning and engaging with cross-functional teams (marketing, performance/growth, business analytics) to set strategy, define attribution and measurement, and drive optimization - Conduct in-depth analysis of full-funnel media performance to uncover insights and opportunities that can enhance title growth and campaign effectiveness - Manage media agency relationships, optimize media spending and performance, and comply with standardized reporting across the LATCANZ region - Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign implementation and integration - Scale media guidelines, best practices, and insights to drive efficiency and consistency - Thrive in a fast-paced, flexible environment, adapting your scope as needed to cover single-title, multi-title, and brand/sports campaigns A day in the life You start your day by reviewing the latest campaign performance dashboards, analyzing the full-funnel metrics to identify opportunities for optimization. You hop on a call with LATCANZ performance media team to align on the paid search and Amazon DSP strategy/results, ensuring your plans are tightly integrated. Next, you meet with the campaign Brand Manager and media agency partners to discuss campaign results and media plan adjustments. You provide clear guidelines and feedback to ensure consistency in reporting and a shared understanding of KPIs. Afterwards, you join a regional catch-up with your regional peers to share best practices and coordinate on upcoming global launches. In the afternoon, you dive into planning for a major brand campaign set to debut across multiple LATCANZ markets. You collaborate with the Central Marketing stakeholders (CMT) to finalize the media mix, media buying, and creative execution. You also review the measurement framework and experimentation roadmap with the Prime Video analytics team to ensure you can capture robust insights. As you wrap up, you ensure all campaign assets, guidelines, and performance reports are centralized and easily accessible for the wider team. Basic Qualifications - 8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience, with minimum 6 years of progressive experience in media planning, optimization, and analysis, ideally with a focus on global/regional campaigns - Proven track record of developing and executing successful, data-driven media strategies and driving continuous improvement - Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Fluency in English and Portuguese, with proficiency in Spanish a strong plus - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Analytics, or a related field. - Multi-country campaign management. - LATAM, CA or AUNZ market and/or media experience.
