The Senior Regional Manager is responsible for managing business development activities with a primary focus on prospecting new opportunities in Food Safety products with a specific focus on Mycotoxin, Allergen, Food Pathogen, GMO, Sampling and Hygiene products. Defining and driving strategies and ensuring the achievement of sales, lead generation and pipeline growth is a key objective. Senior Regional Sales manager will be responsible for revenue target for Other region (North Asia, South Asia, Mongolia, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal) and will have a strong role in contributing to Asia Pacific region overall success.

Your key responsibilities
Provide new sales opportunities in Regulatory Departments, Global Key Accounts and Regional Key Accounts across Other region will be primary objective of this position and will involve working closely with cross functional teams within Romer Labs Strategic Business Unit
Partners with Business Managers and Application Teams on customer visits to provide strong commercial support, and assist in the promotion of Mycotoxin, Allergen, Food Pathogen, GMO and Hygiene products at all marketing events and activities
Work closely with Distributors, Channel Partners and Business Managers will also be part of a daily routine
Responsible for salesforce.com processes such as provide quotation to distributors for special cases or projects and closing orders
Manage Global Key Account at regional level and responsible for achieving the Global Key Account sales and targets attainment in Other region
Responsible for forecasting and sales tracking, and to achieve the revenue and profitability targets for ROMER Labs products
You bring
Minimum Bachelor of Science in Food Technology, Biomedical Science or equivalent
8 years of relevant experience in sales and business development
Strong leadership capabilities and established track record in effective leadership talents which includes people development in channel partners
Proven track record of achievement in a prior sales position
Demonstrate strong passion to understand and network with Food Safety industry. Experience in similar diagnostics kits sales will be preferred.
Frequent travel is expected in accordance with business needs
