Job Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets of Crop Protection

Equipment and UASS(unscrewed aerial spraying system), increase related market share

and market penetration;

● Conduct market research for the region, develop market analysis to identify potential new

business opportunities;

● Manage overall business relationships with dealers and distributors for the market to

align with company strategies;

● Keep abreast of competitive activities within the responsible geographies and

communicate appropriate activity in a timely manner.

● Organize local marketing and promotion activities, including participating in product

demonstrations, regional exhibitions, product training sessions and coordinating digital

content creation in collaboration with dealers and distributors;

● Perform other related duties as assigned;
