We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager Global Insurance and Partnerships.
Principal Responsibilities
Act as risk steward in respect of regulatory compliance risks, reviewing and challenging and requiredProvide advice in order to ensure clear understanding of compliance risks of the business including with respect to customers, distribution and products to assist senior management decision making and meeting their strategic objectivesAssess the regulatory compliance risks of Insurance’s products, distribution arrangements, services and activitiesSupport the Head of Compliance to contribute to regular Compliance and Management Information reports, including reporting to the Global Insurance Risk Management MeetingIdentify training needs and support compliance training as required, developing and maintaining tools and initiatives for initial and on-going compliance trainingAssist with quality tracking and performance management of more junior team membersSome careers shine brighter than others
