We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Relationship Manager.Job Duties:Achieve business Stretch (if any) targets for profitability and growth, including loan growth and deposit taking and cross-selling of other productsMonitor the quality of loan book and ensure a good balance on risk/return is maintainedEstablish and maintain business relationship with existing and prospective customersMotivate and develop subordinates juniorsEvaluate credit proposals to ensure that all facilities are properly structured with necessary covenants / conditions in place, and are consistent with Bank’s lending policies and risk appetiteEnsure that all control measures relevant to the job responsibilities are undertaken to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank
