As our Senior Relationship Manager you’ll be the go-to advisor for acquiring, retaining and growing ISB Commercial Banking customer relationships. The Senior Relationship Manager reports to the Co-Head of the Eastern Region with coverage of multi-national subsidiaries based all across Florida. To thrive in this job, you’ll need a proven understanding of commercial lending and risk assessment. You should also be familiar with a CRM tool and the technical and personal details it takes to manage many stakeholders through a complex international decision-making process.
As our Senior Relationship Manager, you will:
Develop effective strategies to manage customer relationshipsAnticipate customer needs and provide a superior quality service to position HSBC as the market leader in this segment. Work to build existing and win new long-term customer relationships. Maintenance of customer and deal pipeline information on relevant systems as well as monitoring relationship performance regularly to ensure that the return is commensurate with the type of customer and both CMB's and the customer's risk appetiteFor this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $175,000.00 and $233,600.00
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

Strong credit assessment and analysis skills, particularly with regard to more complex and structured facilities, with prior credit experience required.Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing commercial relationships, preferably with international needsMinimum of 12 years of banking experienceProven ability in identifying and meeting customer needs through matching a broad range of products and servicesDevelop effective strategies to manage customer relationships, anticipate customer needs and provide a superior quality service to position HSBC as the market leader in this segmentBuild existing and win new long-term customer relationshipsCollaborate with product partners to identify and match customer needs with relevant expertise; notably with Global Trade Receivables Finance, Global Payments Services, Global Banking Markets, Global Private Banking and Global Asset ManagementHigh level of business acumen and commercial awareness, including economic, cultural, procedural and regulatory issuesExcellent range of communication skills, including written, verbal, and the ability to deliver compelling presentations to both internal and external stakeholdersFluency in Spanish preferred, but not required depending on experienceIn compliance with applicable laws, HSBC is committed to employing only those who are authorized to work in the U.S. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. as HSBC will not engage in immigration sponsorship for this position.
