About the team

You will be joining a passionate and ambitious team of specialised Retail & Hospitality Payments Relationship Managers with a combined 70+ years of experience. An industry leading team with long standing relationships across both the Retail & Hospitality industry who put the customer at the core of everything we do, challenging each other to always improve and excel!

What you’ll own (5-6 role responsibilities)

You will be managing 4-6 of our most strategic Hospitality point of sale relationships in EMEA.  Managing the P&L and responsible for maintaining existing business, while growing and increasing the Share of Wallet with each customer. Working in a high performing and ambitious team, you will be central to success, and as a Senior, being a coach and example for the more junior members of the team.

What you bring

Proven experience in the payments industryExperienced in managing customers in a commercial environment and owing a P&LPositive, flexible and can do approach to the roleMust be a team player and have the ability to coach and guide junior team membersExperienced and confident presenting to customers
