Senior Relationship Manager (Wholesale Banking, Manila Branch)

Job Summary/ Overview:
Primarily responsible, together with the product teams for the origination of transactions for the full range of wholesale banking products to current and prospective clients, including business development, marketing, relationship management and credit risk management.
Key Accountabilities (Function):
Establish relationship and coverage with the client at a C-Suite levelFormulate and implement account strategies for selected CSC and FI clientsLead origination of ING products and services together with the relevant product teams within ING Wholesale Banking from transaction banking, financial markets, structured finance to high value added services such as M&A Advisory and Debt Capital MarketsKey Accountabilities (Country):
Draw up a local strategy for the sector being appointed as responsible for (ie Energy & Renewables, Public Sector. etc.).Together with the product teams, set and achieve client revenue targetsCoordinate and provide necessary support in the timely preparation of annual review of credit limits, of credit modifications, and of new applicationsRegularly monitor the credit standing of existing risk portfolio and in coordination with Risk Management/CFIL, manage problem loans if any.Coordinate with CDO desk and the product groups on the timely performance of CDD on clients as requiredOrganize client meetings, client and other marketing eventsPrepare reports (revenue, call reports, SCAPs, periodic revenue assessment, work in progress/pipeline, etc.) as requiredSpecial Duties:

Minimum Requirements:
Education
Bachelor’s DegreeCertification
No specific certification requiredExperience
5 to 8 years of relevant work experienceExperience in MNC coverage including Philippine companies with global footprint (ie automative, manufacturing, retail , electronics, etc.)Well rounded coverage banker with strong origination capacity in commercial banking products such as trade, working capital solutions, financial markets, cash mgt. Knowledge in CF and Capital markets are a plusDemonstrated experience in growing the businessCompetencies/Technical Skills
