Responsibility

Perform reliability test of optical modules and devices.Review test data, interpret result and write up a presentable report.Operate test instruments such as DCA, aging furnace etc.Design experiment plan for reliability improvement or evaluation.

Requirement:

Bachelor degree or above, major in science/Electronic engineering/optical communication/physics/Electronic engineering is preferredAt least 3 years reliability related experience. Familiar with optical product reliability standard, such as Telcordia, IEC, MIL STD 883.Strong knowledge on analysis software such as: JMP, MiniTab, Matlab, Reliasoft, Excel or other software,Knowledge of statistical analysis methods, distribution modeling, life modeling etc.Knowledge of Python and Excel VBA programming is a plus.Patience, confident, and able to work under high pressure.
