Senior Reliability Technician

Responsibilities: The Reliability Technician will carry out the following technical functions in support of product reliability qualification and monitoring:
+ Electrical testing and data-logging of integrated circuit devices using automated test equipment
+ Loading and unloading of IC components onto burn-in boards
+ Loading and unloading burn-in boards into test chambers (must be able to lift 40 lbs.)
+ DOPL Loading and unloading of reliability test boards
+ Bench testing and debugging of reliability test circuits
+ Loading and unloading units for High Voltage Isolation test boards
+ Debug the failure from High Voltage Isolation Test
+ Perform Scanning Acoustic Microscopy (C-SAM) testing
+ Operation of measurement equipment such as curve tracer, oscilloscope and Keithley test rack
+ Use of X-Ray system and optical microscope is support of failure analysis
+ Perform FA sample preparation tasks such as cross-sectioning and chemical decapsulation of IC devices.
+ Other engineering support responsibilities may be assigned on an as-needed basis
Requirements:
+ A Diploma or Associate Degree in Electronics or equivalent certification.
+ Minimum of 6 years of experience as a technician in the semiconductor industry.
+ Working experience with MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and similar desktop computing applications.
